家園：重制版13號(v2.1)升級檔+免DVD補丁是Gearbox Software為旗下即時戰略宇宙建設類游戲《家園重制收藏版》制作的升級補丁。

該13號升級補丁是官方最新推出的補丁，新的升級補丁修復大量游戲問題將重新給玩家帶來一次新的游戲體驗，有需要的玩家可以下載使用。
